Sachin Valmiki is a lead vocalist and playback singer from Lakhimpur, Uttar Pradesh.  He was one of the strongest contestants of the singing reality show “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa” 2016 on Zee TV. Sachin is highly inspired by music director, Shankar Mahadevan and he accepted Shankar as his Guru. Sachin is also highly inspired by Master Saleem, Rahat-Fateh-Ali-khan, and Roop Kumar Rathod.

Struggle and Achievements of Sachin Valmiki

Sachin Valmiki started singing from the age of 7 years but it was actually his mother who persuades him to become a singer. In the initial years of his life, he didn’t take serious coaching for singing. But in the latter half of life, he did a lot of hard work to improve his singing. In the year 2016, he auditioned for “Sa Re Ga Ma Pa” and become the 1st Runner up. 

Sachin Valmiki comes up with his debut album “Dua Mein” with three new compositions all sung by him. Before becoming a singer, Sachin was a music teacher by profession. He collected money from old jobs he did to reach the reality show. In 2019 he got selected as Captain in the Sony Entertainment TV show, “Superstar Singer”. This Show also featured  Salman Ali, Jyotica Tangri, and Nitin Kumar as Captain along with Sachin Valmiki.

Two Time Contestant of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa

Sachin Valmiki became participated two times in Sa Re Ga Ma Pa. Once in 2016 and the second time in 2021.

During the audition of 2021 Saregamapa, the judges amzed to see him again. But he clarifies that in 2016 he was just one step away from the win where he lost from Kusha Paul.

In 2021 he once again performed highly well and made a place in the top 7 contestants of Sa Re Ga Ma Pa.

But in the semifinal round of SaReGaMaPa 2021, Sanjana Bhat was going to be eliminated from the top 7. However, Sachin Kumar took the judges’ permission and offer his position to Sanjana Bhat believing that she deserves to be a finalist.

So, Sachin Kumar Valmiki will get evicted from Saregamapa 2021 leaving the top 6 to fight for the title of Saregamapa Season 2021.
