Kawaljit Singh is the Leader of Bir Khalsa, Gatka Group from small city Tarn Taran in Punjab, India. Gatka (Punjabi: ਗਤਕਾ ) is the name of an Indian martial art associated with the Sikhs of the Punjab region. It is a style of stick fighting, with wooden sticks intended to simulate swords. Beside Gatka, Kawaljit and his Group perform very Dangerous Stunts and Acts.

Kawaljit Singh and Bir Khalsa, Gatka Group first came to fame when they appeared in India’s Got Talent Season 2 in 2010. Later Kawaljit and Bir Khalsa also appeared on Slovakia Got Talent where Judge, Lucie gave them cross because she was too much afraid by their act.
In the year 2019 Kawaljit Singh appeared in auditions of America’s Got Talent along with his teammate Jagdeep Singh and manager, Karamjit Singh. During the act at America’s Got Talent, Jagdeep Singh lies on the floor with coconuts and watermelons placed closed all around him. Kawaljit Singh, who is blindfolded and has also poured salt into his eyes, smashes all melons and coconuts with a big iron hammer, risking Jagdeep’s life but leaving the viewers stunned. The daring act has also left the judges, audiences and the viewers of the show completely stunned.
