Sayli Kamble has been learning music since very childhood. She has learned Hindustani Classical Music from Smt. Vidya Jail. Sayli received Balashree Puraskar from the Government of Maharashtra in 2005.
From her childhood, She appeared on different singing reality shows on Star Plus and ETV Marathi. Sayli appeared first time on National Telivision in 2009 on Star Plus singing reality show, Mummy Ke Superstars.
She has dubbed jingles for Big Bazaar, Idea, Mahindra Supro, Oreo, etc. in various languages. She has sung many Marathi songs and does live singing concerts in Maharashtra.
In 2020 Sayli Kamble gave an audition for Indian Idol Season 12. She became the first contestant to directly won the golden mic during the audition round of Indian Idol 12.
Her dream is to make her parents proud of whatever she does. When she got selected her father was so proud of her that he placed that mic on his ambulance.
In 2022 Sayli appeared in Superstar Singer 2 as Coach of Pratyush Anand, Vishwaja Jadhav, and Samaira Mahajan. In 2024 Sayli once again appered in Superstar Singer Season 3 as Coach.
