Tyler Butler Figueroa is talented Violinist from Raleigh, North Carolina, USA. The world has come to know Tyler Butler-Figueroa, as the young violinist who made Simon Cowell hit the rare “Golden Buzzer” on America’s Got Talent. Struggle and Achievements of Tyler Butler Figueroa

Tyler Butler-Figueroa was diagnosed with Cancer at the age of Four and a half. He was suffered from leukemia which is cancer in the blood and Doctors treated him with Chemotherapy. When Tyler lost his hair after Chemotherapy, he was very sad and embarrassed at the same time to go to school. Other children used to make fun of him and laugh at him because he was bald after the therapy. They also spread the rumor that Tyler’s Cancer was contagious and they all wanted to stay away from him.

Butler Figueroa started playing the violin when he turned 7. His interest in the instrument started when Butler-Figueroa saw a flier at his school for free violin lessons with Kidznotes. His mom bought him a $30 violin on eBay and, as it turned out, he was a natural. He started playing Violin in the hope that his success will send a message to bullies and to people being bullied. 

Butler-Figueroa said he took various gigs and performed in the street to raise money to go to Charlotte for the much-anticipated AGT audition. In 2019 Butler-Figueroa gave audition of America’s Got Talent and he left just about everyone crying at his audition – including the judges and, especially, his mom. When Cowell hit the Golden Buzzer, indicating that the young violinist would advance right to the live rounds in August, his mom was in awe.

Butler-Figueroa is raised by a single mother, Kisua Butler-Figueroa who also works as his manager. Tyler Butler-Figueroa and his mom, worked together to raise the $2,000 to get him to the audition. Tyler also has one younger brother, Adam.
